Real-Estate Commissions Fall; McMansions Face Declining Demand

Our survey of news from across the Web reveals that the average amount paid to a seller’s or buyer’s agent has fallen below 2.5%, and big homes may become harder to sell. Also, rising land costs are hurting one charitable organization, investors are troubled in Houston, and Louisville’s housing market is looking up.
